dc.description.abstractExamina las posibles soluciones para superar los problemas de la deuda externa y la crisis economica: la optima seria un acuerdo multilateral entre los bancos acreedores, sus gobiernos y los paises deudores. La alternativa, si no se alcanza la anterior en terminos razonables y si no se recupera a corto plazo la economia internacional, seria un acuerdo unilateral de dichos paises con el fin de reconvertir la deuda en bonos de largo plazo.
