Abstract
El objetivo de este documento es identificar, caracterizar y evaluar los Pasivos Ambientales Mineros en el Perú de modo que se permita su priorización y remediación. A su vez, se plantean algunas recomendaciones para llevar a cabo una adecuada gestión sostenible de los recursos mineros, que prevenga la generación de nuevos PAMs, tomando en cuenta la realidad legal, institucional y financiera del Perú.
